How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping then takes an estimated 7–14 business days. Processing and shipping times are counted separately.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the fit guide above — it lists garment measurements, not body measurements. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, take the larger size.
What is your return policy?
Unworn items with tags attached and in original packaging can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Contact us first for return instructions.
How long will a refund take?
Once your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to post it, and statutory rights take priority where they apply.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. The quickest route is to place a new order in the correct size and request a return for the original, so your replacement ships without waiting for the parcel to arrive back.
